This is a very short, very simple breath work meditation that you can pull out at any time and use. I invite you to think of your breath as a vehicle that can move things in and out of your brain and body. In this case, it is simply acting as a mental placebo for medicine.

If you think a thing, focus on your breath while you think that thing, and concentrate while you do both—science shows that you are actually affecting the chemicals in your body.
