Those juice shots from Salud worked so well that I attempted to make a batch of my own when I got home and my chest started to burn. Here’s the recipe: 7 large lemons (preferably organic) 4-5 pieces of Turmeric root (I use fresh root and juice it but I suppose you can also use powder and add it with the Cayenne in the blender after. 1 very large piece of ginger (it’s up to you but the more ginger the better for my system) Honey to taste (added after in the blender) 1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper (added after in the blender) I do a shot of this in the morning and one in the evening when I start to feel less that bubbly during the winter months.
