Sometimes the intensity of my discomfort is so unreal that my brain races and I lose my ability to function. That is usually my fault for not paying attention as the discomfort was beginning to mount. When that happens, I throw everything I have and the kitchen sink at it to see if I can get back on top of it. I will usually include my doctor prescribed pain medication in this process. IF THAT DOESN’T WORK, I do everything in my power not to simply take more—even if my medication levels are lower than prescribed.

PEMF consistently helps me in this battle. In this case, I was so wild eyed with pain that I completely forgot that I could lay down, breathe and apply the coils to the area that had me all lit up. Some days are better than others in my constant battle to live a full life and thrive with unbelievable sensation that others call pain.
